    Help!

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

After my sister passed all of her property transferred to her husband who now wants me out of the condo I have been living in for two years. Please note that my sister promised to buy me a house I could live in for the rest of my life, then had me hire a Realtor, search for homes, negotiate the purchase price AND put $2,000 (listed on the title paperwork) down on this $160,000 condo. This home was intended solely for me, no-one else has lived here and all of my bills and taxes have been sent here since day one.

Please... What are my options as I am extremely limited in funds to fight this eviction to take place in three months!

On the face of it, I suggest that you find a new place to live.
As a tenant, you do have SOME rights to occupancy and the husband must follow NV state law in order to give you notice to vacate.

Of course, if your Sis had a will that left you sole ownership of the condo, then there is a possibility that you would have the right to stay.

You should spen some $ and consult a lawyer to examine the estate ownership document of the condo to see if you have any rights to the real estate.
