Question

Help with mobile home

Two years ago I purchased a new mobile home in TX. My job is now unexpectantly transferring me out of state where I can not take it with me. I still owe more than it is worth. What are my least painful options? I have great credit and the loan is in excellent standing, how bad does turning it back in to the lender hurt me and is there any way to make it less painful?

I am in the process of trying to sell it. I am worried because we owe so much on it. I am exploring the least painful options at this time.

Letting a property go into foreclosure is never really a good Idea , I understand some times people have no choice in the matter . Good luck to you with finding a buyer ,Hopefully that will let you move forward even if you walk way with zero proceeds from property sale .
