My parents have been living in my grandmothers house for 10 years, and they have paid the property taxes and the mortgage for over 10 years.(My grandmother has been dead for more than 8 years but the deed is still in her name.) What do my parents need to do to get the deed in their name??!!
(The mortgage has been paid in full by them.)
