HOA President

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
FLorida

Unfortunately, where I live we have Home association. We are now in a middle of a legal issue and financial issues due to the ignorant, unprofessionalism & willful negligence of the Property Manager. That is only half of the story since the HOA President is also to blame since the HOA President has lent a hand in this mess to the point of helping the Property Manager remove a large sum of money from the Reserves without the proper procedures.

Complaints were filed with the proper departments for the Property Manager but how can we file a complaint against the HOA president for helping in this mess? With who or where can we file a complaint or will this automatically become a legal issue against the President of HOA as also the Property Manager?

Thank you,
A concern HomeownerWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
