virginia, i own a home w/someone else who has moved out and is not making house payments since 01/01/02 what are my options ,i want to buy them out , $4,000.00 has been metioned,i wanted their unpaid part of the house payments i have been making to be used for this pay off is this possible, can i sue for unpaided balance thank you don
