How long can association covenants be enforced after creation?

Your question is a bit confusing but I think I know what you are asking.

Whatever the time period that the condo Association or Board of Directors specified. Sometimes it is immediate and sometimes it is a future date decided upon. It also depends on the requirements in the covenants. Ex. the Association passed a requirement that all parking stalls must be free of oil. There is no way that the owners can comply with the requirement immediately so there must be a deadline imposed. So the full requirement imay be "all stalls must be free of oil by July 30 2000. If your parking stall is not cleaned on or before this date the Association will hire a contractor on August 2 2000 to do the work and you will be assessed the cleaning fee"
