Home Owner's Association

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

What kind of lawyer would I need to help me with an issue I have with my Home Owner's Association (townhome)?

**A: it depends upon what kind of issue. There are numerous and various specific issues one could have such as taxes, BK, contracts, personal injury, HOA, real estate sale, tenant rental etc.
