Homeonwers association

Washington State; I own a home here which has a homeowners association. My question is simple. Do I have to continue my memebership if I feel that the Association is not benefical to me and can I can get out of the association now that I've been in it for two years?

My response is simple. Do you have CC&R's or any other legal requirement that you must abide by.
