Guru, it states residential use: All lots within the subdivision are restricted to single-family residential use. No more than 2 unrelated (by blood or marriage) individuals may occupy the residence on the lot. No more than 7 individuals may occupy a 4 bedroom residence and no more than 6 individuals may occupy a 3 bedroom residence. No lot shall ever be used for a business or commercial purpose and no lot shall be subduvided.
