Homeowner Association sending letter to all my tenants

I own a 4-plex in texas. Our homeowner association when sending a letter concerning possable deed restriction violations,also sends a copy to all my tenants. Is this legal? I feel this is not giving me the chance to correct any problems without my tenants being bothered.

Yes is legal, especially if the tenants are violating the restrictions.
