Homeowner refused my entry to obtain my tools until i return her deposit.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PENNSYLVANIA

I was contracted to do a PAINT job on a house to be completed by the 10th of July. my workers did not finish. however, Homeowner agreed to give me personally until this Sunday July 19th as I said I would take over because she is furious at how the job is turning out. she seems to think that I said that I would be there Yesterday morning to do work however this did not happen. Long story short, because of that, she does not want me to finish it at all and she is keeping my tools until I return her deposit...Half of the job is done. Total job is 1400 and she has given me 500. I just want my tools back but she sent me a text message saying not to enter her property and if I contact her again without having her deposit, she will file harrasment charges against me...WHAT CAN I DO? I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT SHE CAN KEEP MY TOOLS LEGALLY REGARDLESS IF SHE FEELS THE CONTRACT WAS BREACHED.

**A: call the police and they may help. If not, they will tell you it is a civil matter and settle it through the court system.
