Homeowner's Assciation dispute

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Georgia

What legal action do homeowners have if the current Homeowner association refuses to to turn over paperwork and financial reports to a new HOA that was voted in by the homeowner's?

**A: the homeowners can sue the old HOA.
