Homeowners assoc.

What is the name of your state? Florida...
Is there any place on line or at librarys to look up the penaltys for violating Florida statues and CC&R's?

**A: state statutes are different from CC&r's in that CC&R's are private and the penalties would be listed in the HOA general default provisions.
