What is the name of your state? Maryland

I purchased a home in march 2001. The house was inspected by a person the realtor provided(Inwhich I paid $200.00) The house was said to be in good condition with the exception of some minor things which were pointed out to me. When I moved in after a month I found numerous problem which were not disclosed to me. My Bathroom floor board is dry rooted due to poor caulking and water damage, which cause a leak in my livingroom ceiling. Secondly, the main water valve in my basement was leaking un knwon to me because it was nailed shut by panaling. when we moved in the nails had been removed prior and 4 months later the valve burst. When we pulled the panaling we found years of mold and mildew as well as a flooded basement. (My homeowners insurance cover the flooding) I have since been trying to get the two realtor(the one who helped me get the house and his boss who sold the house to be responsible for repairs to the problems we have found, however they kept passing me on saying it would be taken care of by my home warranty. ( The home warranty claims no responsiblity.) Can I legally hold the realtors, inspectors and former owner accountable for not diclosing this information. The house was sold to me at top dollar 3000 above what the owners were asking. totaling $94000.
