What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? WA

We've been living in our house for 2 years, 4 months. This February we refinanced our house. The first mortgage payment under the refi was for May.
Currently, we are debating a work transfer/promotion which may take us out of state.
We would like to hang onto the house, at least for a couple of years, until we determine if this is a permanent move, etc...

During this time, starting in a month or two, we would like to rent out our house- possibly in conjunction with a property manager.

I want to verify that we are not violating our mortgage agreement by doing so. There is a clause in the mortgage contract regarding occupying the Property as Borrower's principal residence, for at least one year after the date of occupancy, unless Lender otherwise agrees in writing,....
We've been here over 2 years, but the refi agreement is new.
What applies here?

**A: use your common sense. When you refinanced the mortgage, you got an owner/occupant rate and points which were lower than an investor rate and points.
In addition, you signed an o/o affidavit or notice in conjunction with your refi.
What else can I tell you?
