| How 2 Put A Lien.- Object 2 Forced Buyout/refinance What is the name of your state? nj
After divorce 2004 in NJ my xhusband kept hostage all the marital property and house he was to split 50/50 until he was able to get another order to put my stuff in escrow. He then got another order and i never got copy to buy my fee simple interest out of the house and refianance it. He had judge sign in that order that his attorney could have permission to handle all papers regarding his refinance and buyout.. but it said he was to get an assessment... HE NEVER GAVE ME COPY of order nor of assessment. He went to a title company and had his lawyer sign things for me??? and he refinanced and received a check for $125,000 for my share of buyout... his lawyer signed and cashed that check and never told me. I was overseas.. He thinks my name is off house now.
Finally i got court to listen to me, i dont have lawyer and couldnt get them to hear what i was saying... finally they realized that he was taking from my hostage money his lawyer said he kept in escrow $585 month... he didnt report that to probation and had probation chasing me for child support for my 20yr old and 17 yr old.. so he was trying to collect double support money.. finally the court saw that and had probation stop harrassing me casue he was being paid support all along... and they also listened finally and ordered him to pay me half of his 401k that he never split..
BUT he didnt obey and never paid me and his lawyer was also ordered to supply me with statement of any escrow money that was mine..he didnt comply either.. i then found i have responsibility to get the court order reduced to a judgement so i have been getting run around between somerville nj and trenton nj to do that... I WANT TO PUT A LIEN ON THE HOUSE for the $89,000 he was ordered to pay me from pension/401k that he didnt. He liquidated 401k and took all money out of state to tx. I want lien on nj property/house. HOW DO I FILE A LIEN DOES IT HAVE TO GO THRU FAMILY COURT? CAN I FILE IT IN COUNTY CLERK OR TAX ASSESSOR OFFICE OR ELSEWHERE?? WHAT IS QUICKEST EASIEST WAY TO PUT LIEN ON... ??
OR WRIT OF EXECUTION.
Now i also discovered that his title company never filed any new deed taking me off title with county nor is his new refinance mortgage secured.. he can sell house and rip off mortgage company. in county it shows me on deed and tax and no other deed and no mortgage... but wellsfargo thinks they have a mortgage with him.. and a title company thinks they took my name off and bought me out.. i never agreed to buyout nor refinancing nor helping him make his finance easier.. i never got a check, nor notice and never signed anything.
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE HE OR TITLE CO DOES NOT PRODUCE SOME FORGED DEED/TITLE TAKING ME OFF ? how can i stop what he did already or will do? how can i be protected ..my interest.. how can i get the money he owes me??
