How can i get out of this one?

Hi, i co-signed for my brother's mortgage.(BIG MISTAKE) now his got the house, and for some reason i'm not in the deed, himself and his wife are on it only. His getting behind and his payments and this is affecting me. I already talk to him about this issue for the last 4 years, and his done nothing about it. Is there any legal way out of this?
Please help!!!!!!
