| How does Zoning code become law?? Minnesota:
We are currently working with a city to obtain a height variance for new home construction. They are referencing zoning codes that are as of this time not published in their zoning codes. They say these codes are new and are a matter of policy. They have actually changed the calculation method used in the code, since it was first quoted to us, which effects our project. Can a city legally enforce a zoning code that is unpublished, and not voted on by the city council. Doesn't a zoning code need to be published in a legal record to be enforceable?? |
