How to evict someone from leased property?

I dont get you people, a tenat doesnt pay rent for 2 months, and you are afraid to hire a lawyer to get,

is everybody clear on this....

PAYING A LAWYER TO EVICT A TENANT IS TAX DEDUCTABLE, just like water sewer insurance real estate taxes, repairs... all are a cost of doing business..

OH OH.....you dont claim the income...no wonder you dont want to hire a lawyer.
