i live in california,and my husband and i are refinancing our home and he wants me to quit claim the original mortgage and i did.my ? is how long do i have to withdraw my signature or change my mind on the quit claim?

My response: if you already signed the deed then it's too late to renege. There is no way you could quit claim a mortgage.
