we have been driving over the corner of our neighbors property for over 10 years to get to our cabin in northern michigan, with verbal permission only. he told us he is going to build a fence,that would landlock us.we have offered to buy this small corner of propery,and he has said he will not sell or give us written easement. emergency vehicles,delivers,etc. would also be landlocked to our cabin. do i have any legal rights in this matter? what can i do?
