We are having a property line dispute with a neighboring land owner. We need some legal advise from someone like a paralegal, not a lawyer. We want to pursue this ourselves but need help with what direction to go, filing papers, etc.
Should we pursue Quiet Title Action or sue for tresspass? (He is using this land for financial gain).
