I own 1% of my wife's house, I'm told, In Ga. that my creditors can attach all the sale proceeds to apply to my debts. I'm also told that I will have to have a Judge stop this action if I want it stopped by retaining an attorney to represent me.

What is your question please?

Note: I need the facts. How do you and your wife hold title to the property? What kind of creditor action are you referring to? Is the property in foreclosure? Is it being sold? What exactly is going on?
