You need to get your documents to an Atty NOW. This sounds very similiar to a very well planned scam. You may find you own nothing at all!

Did you review your title commitment BEFORE closing? If Clear Channel has a wire or box in some spot on your property under a lease, they have lease rights in accordance with the terms of that lease and you cannot enforce removal. Before spending money on an attorney to try to enforce removal, you may want to first review your title and determine if a valid lease is reflected in the title report and what the terms may be. If the document is only REFERENCED in the title report, but you do not have a copy, call the title company and ask if they might provide a copy to you. If you bought with the lease clearly shown in the title report, you have no claim of being uninformed regarding it.

Did you not see the Clear Channel device on the premises?

I guess he was too busy listening to the big sing to notice the big sign. You had constructive notice so you are stuck with the lease.
