t is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? michigan. my father owned a piece of land and it was illegaly transfered by forging his signature by my siste and ex-girlfriend which is a notory in michigan. they also backdated the signature to a couple months before he died so they could aquire the land. this happened in 1998. what are my options now and what could I do about it. I just learned of this recently when inquiring about the land for my personal knowledge. this is when I found out about this when I went to the register of deeds office.
