What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California

On an Individual Grant Deed, the following is written: For value received, Bob, dealing with his separate property, grants to Linda, as her sole and separate property, all that real property situate in the City of X, County of Y, State of California, described as follows, An undivided 1/2 interest in and to Lot 5, in block 6 of the City of X, according to the map thereof filed Dec. 24, 1900.
Linda has lived and maintained the property for 20+ years, making all payments, etc. Bob has not lived in the home.

If Bob now wants his share and wants to sell, can he make Linda sell the house?
Linda definitely does not want to sell, what are her options?
Your help is greatly appreciated
