I have an ingress/egress easement across the properties of 12 landowners. I wish to build a house on my property and have to run utilities i.e. power, sewer & water. Can I run these utilities on my current easement or must I obtain a utilities easement from these 12 landowners?

An easment of any kind may only be utilized for its stated purpose. Therefore, to receive a utility easement you'll have to go through the entire process again or receive a variance form the property owners.
