Inherited LandundefinedWhat is the name of your state? Florida I inherited a vacant lot in a subdivision in Cape Coral. I need to change the deed into my name. Can I just use the warranty deed? I"ve noticed on the warranty deed that it requires the signature of the grantor who is deceased. So can I just record a copy of the will with the deed? |

Inherited Land in FloridaI am the only heir as my mother died years ago and then my father more recently. I am an only child. My father's will left everything to me. Do I need to probate the will? As I"m not sure as to what I would need to do in order to do this. |
