I BOUGHT HOME IN TEXAS. I HIRED THE INSPECTOR TO DO SEPTIC INSPECTION. HE TURNED IN REPORT TO MORTGAGE CO.
HIS DISCLAIMER SAYS HE DOES NOT DO SEPTIC INSPECTION IN SMALL PRINT, BUT HE WROTE ON REPORT SEPTIC FINCTIONING AS INTENDED. I NOW HAVE TO INSTALL $8500 SYSTEM OR MY HOME GETS CONDEMNED. IT LOOKS LIKE HE MISREPRESENTED HIMSELF AND THE MORTGAGE CO. MISSED THE SMALL PRINT. THE INSPECTION WAS REQUIRED FOR THE FHA LOAN. DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS OR RECOURSE IN THIS?
