My response: I am sure there must be, but what does this form have to do with real estate law?

My dear Homie:

It's an "Assignment of Note and Deed of Trust as security for debt of third pary." It's used for an individual, corporation or partnership.

My response: yes indeed my friend IAAL, but the writer has not asked any specific question with respect to the filling out of the form. Hence my question back.
Perhaps my response should have been "yes but what is your specifc question relative to the form"
