My wife and I sold 35 acres to a Realtor in Mi. understanding it would be developed. We had a reservation of warranty deed that stated we would retain the right to choose the first two lots for 8000.00 dollars. This has not happened. What can we do? Secondly, He leases the property for hunting to a third party. Do I have a right to hunt this property, or a right to the money he is recieving? Thanks Dan
