Is a landlord required to pay interest on deposit money at the end of a commercial lease in the state of Washington?

No. The residential landlord tennt act states that security deposit interest goes to the landlord unless the lease says otherwise. RCW 59.18.270. The commercial lease laws are silent on this issue. L probably gets the interest.
