Joint Beneficiary Deed is a problem waiting to happen

My mother has recorded a joint beneficiary deed for her condo to my sister and myself. The home is mortgaged to the hilt, my sister is currently living there, sponging off of my mother and refuses to get a job. She does NOT help with condo or association payments. Neither of us is listed on any financial paperwork for the property. When my mother passes away the useless sister will become my problem. What if she continues to fail to contribute financially? Will I be stuck with paying for all? If so, does this give me any power to evict her or force a sale of the condo over her objections?
