My brother was engaged to be married and bought a house with his fiance. They broke up after purchasing house and lived together for acouple months in the house together. She moved out and just recently has threatend to come back and live there with him. Needless to say he doesn't want her too. She put in a lot less than he did as the down payment, and stop helping pay the mortagae. Does he have any legal rights to keep her out and try to buy her out. He needs some advise and possibly an attorney?
