What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I have joint ownership of a house with my x-wife. I want to sell and clear the mortgage debt! Can I legally get her to sell if she doesn't want to? I had to file for bankruptcy to save the house from forclosure because of non-mortgage payment. I'm repairing my credit, but this situation is threatening my credit worthiness again!
