What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Virginia

2 sisters were left a home jointly by their father with instructions in the will to each maintain the propertly jointly, including property taxes. The property is in both Sister's names. Sister A's daughter has lived in the home for over 20 years, while Sister A maintained the property and paid all property taxes. 22 years later, Sister B has sent a notice though an attorney to sell her share of the property (1/2 of the appraised value for tax purposes), put the property on the market for sale, or file a partition suit on the matter. Does Sister A have any recourse on reducing Sister B's take out since Sister A has paid all of the up-keep for the last 22 years?

Thank you.

**A: yes but Sis B deserves her share of the fair market rental credit for those same years.
