Joint tenancy by suprize


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ
My friend has a friend that works at c/w funding and he arranged for her to purchase
homes 4 through his sistor,realtor,his co-worker arranged financing, and his sister in law was escrow clerk, she get deeds in mail and the set up mans name is in joint tenancy
should have there been a document disclosing there pre nup agreement prior to closing
shes upside down out of pocket 2.5 yrs 60k in loss, upkeep, not to mention equity? -150k
