joint tenants

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california

Are there any legal forms that can be filled out to protect yourself in the event of a break-up? For example some binding legal document that states you will put the home up for sale if the two owners break up. Can either party get a move out order if you are joint tenants on the deed?

All your questions were joint tenancy questions; keep them in one thread.
