Someone obtained a judgement against me in April 1993..what is the statue of limitations in virginia ???..now they are saying i have to appear before the commisioner of chancery..Please Help Me!!!

Provide more details. A statue normally lasts for generations especially in Europe. Venice de Milo is old but still in good shape.
