judgement against realestate shared property

What is the name of your state? pennsylvania. I have an judgement against me from charges in a personal care home from when my mom was living. I have a rental property that has both my wife's name and i on the deed. Can they put a lien and force me to sell the property if we both co own the property.

They can put a lien on any property that you own. The lien would then have to be paid off when you sold the property or refinanced. Of course you have to watch transferring the property out of your name to avoid that -- could be considered a fraudulent conveyance.

I live in Pennsylvania, I understand that the personal care home can put a lien on my co owned rental property and when and or if i sell i have to then satisfy the judgement. I want to know can by sherriff sale or some other method can they make me sell even if I don't want to,and is this because my wife's name is on the deed.
