IF this is the situation: you are living with a friend. The friend is the only one on the lease. Then you had a visitor. The landlord said visitor is not allowed on property --> yes.
The landlord CAN prevent this person from coming on private property because your name is not on the lease AND he does not know this particular individual. It would be different if YOU were on the lease, as well. |
