land in canada, about to sell to guy in china


can I legally sell land to a person from china, the land is here in canada. if Yes is your answer, do I have to pay taxs on the funds I receive? and can my bank accept a large funds transfer.

not sure who is what here but this forum showed up in top results in google.Ca when i googled to find this answer. Anyhow if anyone has a answer or know of a forum or place where i could find such info I would be greatful

I would suggest you Google a Canadian law forum. This site is for US Law Only (as it says in big orange letters at the top of the page.)
