land contract breach

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
Can I simply evict the buyer who has breached a land contract in indiana?

**A: no, you must read your contract (specifically the default provisions) and you must foreclose since you are dealing with an issue of real property ownership rights versus tenant rights.
