Land Contract foreclosure

What is the name of your state? Florida

I have a business property that I've sold on land contract. I am carrying the loan. The buyer has yet to do anything with the building. Our contract states that if he gets thirty
(30) days behind in his payments that we can foreclose on our note. He got 4 months behind, and when I told him that we were going to foreclose, he immediately paid for 3 months. He is still behind a month, and I just am tired of dealing with him. How do I go about foreclosing on the loan? How do I get out of this contract?
