land dispute

What is the name of your state? Kansas

My father has built 3 building on some property that I own, I was supposed to get the house he currently resides in. They did not finish the house that they started to build. How can I get him off the property that I own. I offered him to buy the property or I would deed him over 3 acres. That is the minimum acreage that can be deed over in Kansas. Since he failed to complete the house. I took a job in Colorado, I currently am still living in Colorado. He is claiming that the property is his, since he built a home. Though the land is in my name. There was no transfer of deeds or for the property or selling of the land.

I need help.

Tell pappa to BITE ROCKS and if he doesn't feel like dealing with this in an adult manner, you'll file tresspassing charges against him the moment he steps on YOUR land.

How long has he been there?
Do you have any contracts?
How old is your father?
Do you own the land free and clear?
