| Land Partnership Problem in Ohio If two parties own land (50/50) & there was never any upfront agreement as to a timetable to sell or at what minimum price and now one party wants to sell & the other doesn't, is there any way for the party that wants to sell the property to force the sale?
There are two families involved. Original investors were two couples & only one of the original investors is still alive & would like to sell. Both families have set-up family LLC's in recent years & property is titled in both families names. Is it possible to force a sale without having to drag it thru the courts? |
