| Does anyone know if I have any say in when my landlord can parade people thru my apartment as tries to rent it since I am leaving? (I am in Baltimore, Maryland by the way) |

| What does your lease say? The lease that I use with my tenants states that I have to give them at lease 24 hour notice and that the showings need to be within regular business hours defined as 9 am to 7 pm M-F, and 10 am to 5 pm on Sat. and Sun. Does your lease have similar wording? If so, then you must allow your LL to come in during those hours. Marianne Not an Attorney, Just a Landlord |

Try and work something out as in a mutually agreeable showing schedule say 2-3 times/week at set times on a weekday and a showing on a weekend Sat or Sun. |
