landlord/tennant

i am a long time resident in a mobile home community(20)years here is my question our park was recently sold to midwest conglomerate, they have told me my old shed which is over 16yrs old has to be torn down because it is not a vinyl sided shed. The shed is 14'x20' it is metal and it is painted so it blends in to land scape it is located behind my trailer and my lot backs up to a storage area it is not clearly visibile without actually looking for it. what i would like to know is can it be grand fatherd in the owners say ther is no such thing in thier vocabulary what do you say?
