I was wondering if anyone has any idea and could give me some advice. I own some property that is considered "wetlands" now. Do you know if it is legal to mark the property boarders with a levee?

Generally, you can not disturb the property unless government approvals and permits are obtained.

It wasn't much but I'm happy you are appreciative. Watch out for dem spotted marsh crawfish. They may be a Federally protected endangered species.
