| Leaking Roof
I bought my home in April. At the time of closing there was an issue with the roof. We closed anyway and the seller put money in escrow until she fixed the roof. The seller did fix the roof but now 6 months later the roof is leaking again; actually in the same spot. I called the roofer who did the work and he told me that he informed the seller that it should have new roof on the house and that he put a sealer on the roof and the work that he did wasn't guranteed. I’ve talked to two different roofers who say that it didn’t look like anything was done and if it was leaking the roof should have been replaced back in April. Do I have any recourse? And or what are my next steps? |
